Dr. Mangesh has not forgotten his roots. He has devoted himself to various social causes. He has set up an NGO called The Mangesh Amale Initiative which work for betterment of society & Velox Foundation which helps cancer patients. He did tremendous work during the Covid19 pandemic, helped many needy people for their daily needs for treatment and have saved hundreds of lives. He has not discontinued single employee from Velox payroll, even recruited many during the Covid pandemic. He had arranged free Covid19 vaccination drive for employees, their families & clients. He made donation for education of poor children, school reconstruction, NGOs and reconstruction of Datta Mandir at his native.
